The 5 Buckets of Success

Are grades not where they should be?
Lots of missing assignments?
Is it a struggle to find or keep a job?

Developing skills to maximize success in specific phases in life: academically (middle school, high school, college) and/or in the workplace is critical to success. Everything from executive functioning, study skills, soft skills, and more.
Seems like they will be on your payroll forever?
Understanding of a budget and where money is going?
Able to support themselves financially?

It's time to develop an understanding of money and its value in relation to a personal budget. Identifying needs vs wants while developing a plan is vital to becoming physically and financially independent.

Sleep routine all over the place?
Diet impacting performance?
Stress & anxiety off the charts?

The most important personal asset: health & well-being. Developing an awareness of how diet, sleep, and self-care can affect daily performance rolls into creating healthy habits. The key is being proactive in establishing safety precautions and mental health strategies.

Struggling with social skills?
Embarrassed to ask for help?
Not making connections with the right people?

Strengthening skills in communication, connecting, utilizing resources, and building a network will pay dividends for years to come. Verbal and non-verbal communication skills play a significant role in overall success.

Are tasks like cooking, laundry etc. being practiced?
Have expectations been communicated?
Is life so hectic that this gets overlooked?

The what and how of completing basic tasks plays an important role in independent living and navigating daily life. It's not something to be done all at once. Time, communication, and practice yield amazing results
